Adult & Professional Athletes

1st Session $65.00

Sessions can be in person or via Zoom. Sports psychology coaching sessions are designed to help athletes and the everyday person who has fitness goals discover what is holding them back mentally and provide the tools to help them overcome those barriers, enabling them to be successful in reaching their goals.

  • 1st Session 60 minutes, a session review report will be emailed to the client summarizing the session with next steps.
  • Sessions after the initial session: 40 minutes with a session review report emailed to the client summarizing the session with next steps.
