Under the leadership of Coach Dustin Jones, the Running Mechanic, LLC exists to help people excel in life and athletics both physically and mentally. Coach Dustin Jones has over 28 years of athletic and coaching experience. He has trained and coached over 500 athletes in his career, and he now seeks to help athletes and those who identify as "athletes" to be able to find physical and mental excellence in life.
