How We Can Help

All of our coaching services are designed to help you train smart with individualized training plans based on your fitness level, goals and how you progress throughout the plan. We can help you improve your performance, help to set goals, help you develop a race strategy, and help minimize the risk of injury or in some cases re-injury. If you have already been training we can help you add new layers to your training (speed, strength, nutrition, balance life and training). Overall, our biggest contribution will be the accountability, motivation, and support we will provide you.

RunDNA Training Portal

All of our endurance coaching services comes with a free account to the RunDNA portal. We use this portal to post all of the workouts for our clients. As a client you will be able to sync your Garmin or Strava App data to the RunDNA portal.

The point of all exercise is to do an activity that will stimulate a positive adaptation (sexy definition, we know!) One of the biggest challenges is balancing how much exercise to engage in to get that positive adaptation. Too much, you get injured. Too little, you might not see gains. So how do we define training load? With the use of the RunDNA App, we show you how to use Session RPE (sRPE) and Acute to Chronic Workload Ratios (ACWR) to quantify training load so that you can unlock potential as a runner.

Within the RunDNA portal exercises we prescribe for you will have a video that will show you how to do each exercise. No guessing or Googling required.
